I live in Portstewart, a small coastal town on the North Coast of Northern Ireland. My wife and I are in our eighties. We have lived close to each other for nearly sixty years and have no intention of ever being “socially isolated” from each other. In contrast we are separated in space from our loved ones and neighbours, but not in matters of the heart and soul. In those respects we are closer than ever. — Harry McMahon

Ich lebe in Portstewart, einer kleinen Küstenstadt an der Nordküste Nordirlands. Meine Frau und ich sind in unseren Achtzigern. Wir leben seit fast sechzig Jahren nahe beieinander und haben nicht die Absicht, jemals „sozial isoliert“ voneinander zu sein.
